Are there payment facilities?

Yes, split payment is allowed in two installments.

Does it have permanence?

No. It has no continuity.

Can I hire extra months?

Yes. Whenever you want.

If I hire the Holiday Internet product, can I connect and disconnect whenever I want?

With our holiday plan, you choose when you start to enjoy your internet connection. You choose on what date you want to start and, therefore, on what date your 6 months of connection ends.

To connect, disconnect or reconnect your holiday connection, call 971 53 08 09, always letting us know 2 days in advance.

Do you need a telephone line?

No. It is not mandatory, however, we have this service for 1€ per month. Check conditions at https://www.ibred.es/en/landline/

I already have a Wi-Fi router. Is it obligatory to buy the IB-RED Wi-Fi router?

All routers are compatible with IB-RED, except for those from other operators that are intentionally encrypted to make them incompatible.

Ask our technical team if you can use the one you already have. If you do not have a compatible router, we can install and configure one for you for 35€ VAT included.

Do you offer technical support in the event of incidents?

We have a telephone helpline from 9 am to 7 pm Monday to Saturday, and on Sundays from 9 am to 2 pm and then 4 pm to 7 pm.

And, according to the latest statistics, the average time to resolve incidents in homes is 24 hours. We’re always trying to reduce times.

The helpline is a local 971 number, while the whole ib-red team lives on the Balearic Islands and therefore knows the region well.
