Does it have permanence?
No. Mobile phone rates don't have continuity.
What are Cumulative Gigas?
Cumulative gigabytes allow you to save the gigabytes that you have not spent during the month, to use the following month. This way, you don't lose the gigabytes you don't spend.
Will I be charged if I consume more than the contracted megas?
No. We won't charge you any more. When you run out of data, you can continue to navigate without interruption at 128 Kps.
This is the speed needed to be able to send texts via Whatsapp and browse the Google search engine or safari.
Will I receive an alert when I exceed my consumption?
You will receive an alert when you exceed your voice or data usage.
What does unlimited calls include?
Unlimited calls are to national landlines and mobiles, with no call connection charge. Commercial use (i.e. resale) is not permitted. Special rate calls are not included. There is a call limit of 3,000 minutes on the 40 GB tariff and 6,000 minutes on the 80 GB and 100 GB tariffs. These limitations are for responsible use and are similar across all telephone companies.
How can I configure the Internet (APN) on my mobile?
It's automatic, you don't have to do anything.

What if I need to increase or decrease the contracted Gb over time?
You send us an email from your registered email address and in a few days the change will be effective. In addition, you can always call us if you prefer to communicate person to person.

If I move to ib-red, can I keep my current telephone number?
Yes, it is possible. You need a new SIM card which you can pick up at our offices or we can send it to your home.
When you have the SIM card, let us know and within 48 working hours the portability will be done.
