You need a new SIM card which you can pick up at our offices or we can send to your home.
Once you have the card, let us know and within 48 working hours the portability is done. The change from one SIM to another is done in the early hours of the morning, so you won't be out of line during the day.

You can contact my technical support colleagues by phone or email directly. You state the reason for the call and a manager will contact you. We talk person to person, directly.
Technical support hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00 and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 9:00 to 19:00. Outside these hours you can send us your query and we will call you first thing in the morning.
