Does it have permanence?

When I become a customer, how can I contact you?
A great question we should ask to all our suppliers.
You can contact my technical support colleagues by phone or email directly. You state the reason for the call and a manager will contact you. We talk person to person, directly.
Technical support hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00 and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 9:00 to 19:00. Outside these hours you can send us your query and we will call you first thing in the morning.
What if I need to increase or decrease the speed over time?
For both Internet and mobile line speeds, you send us an email from your registered email address and in a few days the change will be effective.
You can always call us if you prefer to talk to us directly.
How many megabytes upstream does fibre optic have?
The megabytes are symmetrical, so the upload megabytes are the same as the contracted download megabytes.
If you want to know more about the meaning of upload and download megabytes, fill in the form and we will explain to you what it is about upload and download megabytes. No strange words or confusion.
Does it include the router for free?
Yes, the router goes in. You don't have to pay for it. We will leave it installed and configured with the password you specify on the day of installation.
And if one day you need to cancel the service, simply bring the router to one of our offices or send it from a Correos post office (we will cover the shipping costs).
It is a latest generation router with WIFI 6 and mesh technology so that the coverage reaches more areas of your home.
In addition, it also has 4 gigabit LAN ports to connect wired devices so you can enjoy the full speed of fibre.
What is different about ib-red's fibre optic and mobile?
We do not know what the other companies offer apart from fibre and mobile.

If I move to ib-red, can I keep my current telephone number?
What are Cumulative Gigas?
Will I be charged if I consume more than the contracted megas?
No. We won't charge you any more. When you run out of data, you can continue to navigate without interruption at 128 Kps.
This is the speed needed to be able to send texts via Whatsapp and browse the Google search engine or safari.
Will I receive an alert when I exceed my consumption?
You will receive an alert when you exceed your voice or data usage.
Are there conditions attached to unlimited calls?
Yes, unlimited calls are to national landlines and mobiles, with no call set-up charge. No commercial use (i.e. reselling). Does not include premium rate calls. It has a call limit of 3000 minutes in the 25 Gb tariff and 6000 minutes in the 50 Gb and 100 Gb tariffs, these limitations are for responsible use and are similar in all telephone companies.
What mobile coverage do you use?
The mobile phone tariffs you see on this page correspond to Orange coverage. If you prefer Movistar coverage, please let us know and we will provide you with other available tariffs.
Like most companies, we use the coverage of the main operators, but all administrative and technical support procedures are managed by ib-red. You will only have to deal with us and we will solve all the requests you may have.
When you write to us we will call you to discuss your best option.
