How many megabytes uploads do you have?
The megabytes are symmetrical, so the upload megabytes are the same as the contracted download megabytes.

How do I contract it?
Fill in the form and we will call you back. We will ask you for contact details and the contract holder.
After that, we will arrange a day to come to your home to install the fibre and configure the wifi router.
Is there a registration and installation cost?
We know that once you try our service, you will want to stay with us. That's why we cover 100% of the installation cost. It's free for you.
Does it include the router for free?
Yes, the router goes in. You don't have to pay for it. We will leave it installed and configured with the password you specify on the day of installation.
The day you decide to leave, you will have to return it. You can bring it to one of our offices or send it from a post office (we will pay the postage costs).
It is a latest generation router with WIFI 6 and mesh technology so that the coverage reaches more areas of your home.
In addition, it also has 4 gigabit LAN ports to connect wired devices so you can enjoy the full speed of fibre.

What if I need to increase or decrease the speed over time?
You send us an email from your registered email address and in a few days the change will be effective. In addition, you can always call us if you prefer to communicate person to person.
And if I want to cancel my contract, how do I do it?
We hope you will stay with us as long as possible, as most of our customers do.
However, if you decide to leave, we make it easy for you. We want you to stay because you're happy, not because you have to.
So the day you decide to cancel your contract is very simple. You send an email requesting cancellation and we will call you to confirm. Or you can also call us by phone to request it.
It is that simple.
Do I need a landline? And what if I want to keep my landline number?
No, it is not obligatory. But if you are interested, this service is included free of charge. Unlimited calls to national mobiles and landlines free of charge (with an ethical use of the phone, around 3.000 minutes per month).
You can keep your current landline number or we can provide you with a new one.
Can I contract mobile only?
Yes, you can contract mobile lines without fibre optic. For example, we have:

If I contract fibre and mobile (or just mobile), can I keep the same phone number?
Yes, it is possible. And whether you want to keep your number or get a new number, the process is the same.
You need a new SIM card which you can pick up at our offices or we can send to your home.
When you have the SIM card, let us know and within 48 working hours the portability will be done.

When I become a customer, how can I contact you?
A great question we should ask to all our suppliers.
You can contact my technical support colleagues by phone or email directly. You state the reason for the call and a manager will contact you. We talk person to person, directly.
Technical support hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00 and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 9:00 to 19:00. Outside these hours you can send us your query and we will call you first thing in the morning.
